Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT TERMS A 50% deposit is required upon signing this contract to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 7 business days before the start of the event. Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given unless cancellation is made in writing at least 72 hours in advance. All cancellations must be in writing (no exceptions) and shall become effective when received by Martin's Photo 360 and acknowledged by a Representative. Credit card refunds shall be subject to a 3% administrative processing fee. Martin's Photo 360 will issue a full refund or credit when the written cancellation notice is received by a representative at least 7 business days prior to the start date for all events. Martin's Photo 360 will issue a 50% refund or credit when the written cancellation notice is received by a representative at least 3 business days prior to the start date for all events. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of date of cancellation. Martin's 360 Photo will not be held responsible for delays in the processing of returns by financial institutions. LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following: Assumption of Risk: The Client and all event guests who participate in the 360 photo booth experience do so at their own risk. Use of the platform involves lights, sounds and movement which may result in disorientation, falling, slipping, tripping, or being pushed by others, which could cause injury, bodily harm, or even death. Waiver of Liability: The Client, on behalf of themselves and their guests, releases and holds harmless Martin's Photo 360, its employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of the 360 photo booth. Client Responsibility: The Client is fully responsible for any injuries, damages, lost or stolen items, and any costs incurred as a result of misuse or accidents involving the 360 photo booth. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Martin's Photo 360 from any such incidents. Equipment Damage: The Client is financially responsible for any damage to Martin's Photo 360’s equipment caused by event attendees due to negligence, rough use, or intentional damage. Force Majeure: Martin's Photo 360 is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or cancellations due to circumstance beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, technical malfunctions, or unforeseen emergencies.
